1. General Shipping Information
Unless otherwise specified, all international orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
2. Order Processing & Modifications
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. Once an order has been printed for fulfillment or handed over to our shipping department, it has entered the dispatch process and cannot be changed or canceled.
Order processing may be delayed if the information provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete. We will notify you via email if additional details are needed to process your order. Please note that OMPHOBBY is not responsible for dispatch delays caused by payment processing issues.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We have upgraded our logistics network to eliminate extremely slow shipping methods. We now offer reliable standard and expedited shipping carriers at checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination distance.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
While we strive to deliver your models quickly, please note that the following timeframes are estimates and depend on local carrier operations:

Expedited Shipping & Battery Logistics Lines: Packages shipped via fast lines (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or specialized Battery Lines) typically take 1 to 2 weeks (7–14 days) to be delivered.

Standard Shipping: Packages shipped via our upgraded standard methods typically take 2 to 3 weeks (14–21 days) to arrive.

Important Exception for Certain Regions: Depending on the processing speed of your country's local customs authorities, deliveries to certain countries (e.g., Brazil, India, Russia, Turkey, etc.) may experience extended delays beyond our standard timeframes. OMPHOBBY is not liable for delays caused by local customs inspections.
5. Customs, Duties, and Clearance (Important)
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding import duties and clearance:

United States & Europe (DDP): For orders shipped to the US and most European countries, we generally utilize a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method. This means customs clearance and import taxes are typically handled and covered in advance.

Other Countries (e.g., Brazil, Japan, etc.): For other regions, packages are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers are strictly responsible for handling customs clearance and paying any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees levied by their local authorities. OMPHOBBY cannot control, predict, or pay these charges on your behalf.
Strict Liability Waiver: If a package is delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs due to the recipient's failure to provide necessary clearance documents, delay in clearing customs, or refusal to pay required import duties, all resulting costs (including return shipping fees, customs penalties, and the total loss of the product's value) will be borne entirely by the customer. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Please be aware that most carriers are closed on national holidays. OMPHOBBY and our shipping partners are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, war, or other factors outside of our control.

8. Lithium Battery Shipping Restrictions
International aviation regulations strictly limit the air transport of standalone lithium batteries. If your order contains lithium batteries, please select a specialized "Battery Logistics Line" or an applicable Ground shipping method at checkout. If no valid shipping method is available for batteries to your country, your order (or the battery portion of it) will be canceled and refunded. We will notify you via email at store@omphobby.net if this occurs.
9. Freight Forwarders
For security and fraud prevention, we do not ship products to third-party shipping forwarding companies. Any order placed with a known freight forwarder's address will be automatically canceled and refunded without prior notification.
